RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All special orders, custom orders and sale items are final sale. No returns/exchanges/refunds can be applied.
Regular-priced items purchased from Wool & Violets may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition. To initiate your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
We have the right to deny a credit if any returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, but if you need to exchange for another size or item, please place a new order and return your original order for a refund (as specified above).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LOST, UNCLAIMED AND RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. We cannot replace merchandise or provide refunds for items that are shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address or if you provided the wrong address during checkout.
If an unclaimed parcel is returned to us, we can reprocess the order by sending out a payment request for the shipping fee. The parcel will ship out upon receipt of the shipping fee payment. Alternatively, we could cancel the order and process a refund for the full purchase price of the item excluding shipping costs.
All prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
